Caring For Your Carpets
Of course, your quality flooring will require some care from time to time to keep it looking fresh and amazing your friends and family.
Vacuuming – Remember to vacuum your carpet regularly. We suggest 2-3 times per week. If you chose an Absolute Flooring loop pile carpet, remember to use a suction head, as beater heads will catch and lift the fibres of your carpet creating a bobbled appearance. For cut pile carpets, use an upright cleaner with a beater and brush.
Cleaning – if any spillages do occur, it’s important they are tackled quickly. For liquid stains, we recommend blotting with a dry cloth, then use a damp cloth soaked in warm water with a little white vinegar to blot the stain. Dab, but don’t rub! Rubbing the surface could result in a bobbled appearance.

Your Questions Answered
Are you able to move furniture before the carpets are laid?
Absolutely. All we ask is for you to be as helpful as you can by moving smaller items, clear drawers and cabinets and move any fragile items out of the room before flooring installations – we can lift the big stuff.
How does your order processing work?
Each job has its own individual order, we do not hold stock of each carpet. Once you have chosen your carpets we kindly ask for a 60% deposit and we place the order straight away.
How do I pay for my new carpets?
Your order will be secured by your initial 60% deposit. Once we are completed and you are happy the balance will be settled.
